The honest part
Some findings cannot be fixed inside the response window — a validation history that does not exist cannot be conjured, and back-dating anything converts a compliance problem into an integrity one. Where that is your situation, we say so within the 48 hours, and the plan changes: we help you evidence what is genuinely fixed, sequence what cannot be, and present both honestly with a realistic completion commitment. Regulators respond better to honest sequencing than to fiction — and so do tribunals later, if it comes to that.
