Plain statements about what engaging us does — and does not — mean.
That statement comes from the regulator, and we agree with it. Do your due diligence on us: our scopes are published, our consultants are named with their credential titles and certifying bodies, and our case evidence states its constraints.
In practice this means:
- Our reviews identify gaps against the Outcome Standards and recommend remediation. Your organisation decides what to act on, and remains responsible for its compliance every day, including the days we are not there.
- A clean internal review is a point-in-time picture, not a shield. Practices drift; evidence ages.
- We are not lawyers. Where a matter has moved to reconsideration, tribunal or legal proceedings, we say so and refer you to senior advisory or legal support.
