False Information and Defamation Policy

Our credibility rests on saying only what we can evidence. This policy governs the accuracy of what we publish and how we respond if something published here is claimed to be false or defamatory.

Accuracy standards

• Every regulatory statement on this site renders from a maintained source register with a verification date and a link to the regulator's page.
• Case evidence is anonymised, describes real constraints, and claims no outcome we cannot evidence.
• Client references appear only with explicit attribution and consent, and family-relationship labels are disclosed.
• We do not publish claims about competitors, and we do not publish guaranteed-outcome claims about ourselves — see the Outcomes Disclaimer.

Complaints about published content

If you believe content on this site is false, misleading or defamatory, email audits@rtotrainingresources.com.au identifying the page and the statement. We acknowledge within two business days, review the sourcing, and correct or remove content that does not meet our standards. Corrections are made on the affected page.
