This website (RTO Training Audits) is operated by RTO Training Resources Pty Ltd (ABN 17 631 073 213, ACN 631 073 213). We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us — through our enquiry, self-check report, urgent response and contact forms — and we use it solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you engage us for.

What we collect

Typically: your name, business email address, business phone number, your organisation's name, and the details you provide about your registration status or a regulatory notice. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, student records or other individuals' personal information through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide requested reports or scopes.
• To deliver engaged services and maintain engagement records.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists without consent. Information is shared within the CAQA Groups family only where needed to deliver a service you have requested (for example, a referral to CAQA for bespoke advisory work, made with your knowledge).

Storage and security

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) and stored in systems access-controlled to authorised staff. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe we have breached those obligations, you may complain to us first and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
