Services
Everything on this page is fixed scope and fixed price. The mock audit has its own spec sheet; these are the other four ways we work. Each states its price, its turnaround, and its limits — in that order of importance.
Internal audit
A scheduled internal review against the Outcome Standards, run annually or twice-yearly as the engine of your self-assurance cycle. Same method as the mock audit — documentation review, evidence sampling, interviews, graded findings — but planned into your calendar rather than driven by an approaching regulator, and priced to be repeatable.
It is the difference between finding out where you stand every year and finding out when it matters most. Governance reviewers read a standing internal review cycle as exactly what the self-assurance obligation asks for.
- Full four-Quality-Area internal review, scheduled to your calendar
- Findings report, remediation register and walkthrough, same format as the mock audit
- Year-on-year comparison from the second cycle: what closed, what drifted
Standing-cycle pricing is lower than the one-off mock audit because your records list, contacts and context carry over between cycles.
Pre-audit health check
The lighter, faster instrument: a documentation-level review against all four Quality Areas — no evidence sampling, no interviews — that tells you within a week whether you need the full internal review or just a short fix list. Most useful six to twelve months out from renewal, or before you commit to the full product.
- Documentation-level review of all four Quality Areas
- Traffic-light report per area with a prioritised fix list
- Credit: book a full mock audit within 60 days and the health check fee comes off the price
Honest limits
- Documentation level only — it will not catch a gap that lives in completed student evidence.
- Not a substitute for the internal review your self-assurance cycle needs; it is the scout, not the survey.
Rectification
For after a performance assessment has produced findings: we turn the findings letter into an evidence-backed rectification plan — every finding triaged, the satisfying evidence specified, actions sequenced against your response date, and the formal response structured. We work to the regulator's own published guidance on rectifying non-compliance: ASQA guidance resources.
- Finding-by-finding triage: fixable in window / needs more time / not fixable as stated
- Evidence specification per finding — what to produce, not just what to promise
- Sequenced action plan against your response date, with owners
- Structure and review of your formal response
Honest limits
- Some findings cannot be closed inside a response window, and we will say so in writing rather than plan around fiction — the plan then sequences honest completion commitments.
- We do not draft legal submissions. Reconsideration and tribunal-level matters go to CAQA and your lawyers.
- The provider remains responsible for implementing the plan; a plan on a shelf rectifies nothing.
Evidence preparation
The unglamorous service that saves reviews: we take one evidence domain — trainer files are the classic — and rebuild it the way a performance assessment reads it. Credential-to-unit matrices, currency evidence indexed and dated, gaps flagged for you to close with named actions. Also available for validation records and support-needs trails.
- One evidence domain rebuilt to review-ready state (trainer files, validation records, or student support trails)
- Index and matrix a reviewer can follow without asking you questions
- Gap list for the items only you can supply, with what "closed" looks like for each
Honest limits
- We organise and expose evidence; we do not create it. A currency gap is closed by industry engagement, not by formatting.
Not sure which one you need?
Answer five questions and the scoping tool resolves it to a package and a number, with the working shown. If your situation is genuinely not a fixed-price job, it says that too, and routes you to the senior advisory arm of our family instead of pretending.
