This page says plainly what every sales page on this site also says: what we cannot promise, and what we promise instead.
What no consultant can promise
No consultant — including us — can guarantee a registration decision or a performance assessment outcome. ASQA is the decision-maker. It applies its own judgement to its own evidence gathering on its own timetable. Any consultant who promises you an outcome is promising you someone else's decision.
And the responsibility does not transfer. The provider remains responsible for its own ongoing compliance — before our engagement, during it, and after it. A findings report identifies gaps at a point in time; keeping them closed is operational work that only the provider can do.
What we promise instead
- The published scope, performed by the named reviewers, delivered in the published turnaround, at the published price.
- Findings tied to the Quality Areas of the Outcome Standards, each with the evidence that satisfies it.
- Honesty where it costs us: findings that cannot be fixed in your window are named as such; matters that are not fixed-price jobs are referred to CAQA rather than force-fitted into a product.
Tool outputs
The self-check heat map and the scoping tool price are calculated from the answers you provide. They are indicative, they do not constitute an assessment of your organisation, and they create no engagement. Formal engagement occurs only through a signed scope document under our Client Engagement Terms.
